This paper focuses on improving the assessment value of CPS forShanghai Power Grid. It explores the problems in CPS works of ShanghaiPower Gird and puts forward the idea of increasing the demand of CPSanalysis management level, thus establishes the CPS management systemof Shanghai Power Grid.(1) This paper analyzes the main parameters in CPS index system,especially the variable parameters which have direct effect on actual CPSworking performance, thus finds out the insufficiency in Shanghai CPSmanagement system.(2) This paper dissects the AGC controlling basic principle based onCPS standards, discusses the settings for integral control of ACE andsub-emergency regulation factor and normal regulation factor, calculatesthe expected generation for the generator, and makes regulation throughthe analysis and use of NARI company OPEN3000system.(3) This paper explores the solution according to the shortage ofShanghai CPS management, establishes CPS performance evaluationsystem of Shanghai Power Grid. This system provides methods fordispatcher analysis, CPS work performance summary, CPS work wayimprovement through statistic, analysis, comparison and study.
