With the expansion of power system scale,the structure of power grid becomes more and more complex,and the capacity of single generator is further improved,at the same time,the inter regional tie line,long distance and large capacity transmission systems are emerging.The operation and management requirements of power grid will continue to improve,the power system operation manager have to face more situation,analyze more problems,current real-time scheduling load balancing method has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of large power grid.Real-time optimizing dispatch control strategy research is new exploration of real-time load balance method for power grid,provides new means to the dispatcher for load balancing,adapt to the more stringent requirements of the complex grid scale for load balancing,and meet the timeliness and economy requirement for load balancing.The purpose of this project is to research an intelligent real-time optimizing dispatch control strategy.It can provide a means for the dispatcher of Shanghai power grid.The target is to under normal circumstances,in the foundation to improve the CPS performance,it can meet the “Three Balance” dispatch,energy-saving dispatch,economic dispatch,it can also lighten dispatcher workload;even under extremely difficult circumstances,it still can as far as possible keep good CPS performance and meet the load requirements,on the basis of ensuring the safe operation of power system and the minimum cost of power grid operation.This article will make Shanghai power grid as an example to research the advantages and disadvantages of the existing dispatching control strategy,it will quantificational evaluate from the perspective of economic indicators and the dispatching control coordination through the analysis of several control strategies application under different actual grid environment.It will also provide reference for the feasibility of the dispatching control strategy,and propose how to optimize the dispatching control strategies.According to the actual characteristics of Shanghai power grid,through the hierarchical control,the trend of adjustment working with real-time regulation,a kind of optimal control strategy is studied.Finally,the feasibility of the control strategy is studied and analyzed.
