Because of not thoroughlyobserving to the type, winding way and structure, it would havepotential safety hazard to rely on traditional method of live working.This article summed the removal method of the foreign bodywith all different kinds of conductivity, structures, adhesion way, andpositions, which effectively increase the security in removingforeign bodies and standardize the work. Considering the traditionalinsulated operation tool could not meet the research anddevelopment of live working, a remote bionic operation tool isdeveloped, which consists of a mechanical end portion, theinsulating rod, the remote control transmitter and receiver. When the operator make the foreign body removal of live working, just placedremote bionic operation tool in the right position and easily do theoperation like crawl, pull or cut to the foreign body. The force in thewhole operation process is accurate and the shake of the operationtool is reduced, which ensures the effective air gap between thehuman body with a charged body, ensures the effective insulationdistance of the operating tool, which reduces thee leakage currentflowing through the human body. The use of remote bionic operationtool reduces the charging operation time and improves the safety andefficiency of foreign body removal in live working.
