With the national economic development, social power load hasincreased rapidly, grid scale has become more and more large, structurehas become more and more complex. Once there is a fault in the grid, it’saffected area will easily expand if it is not handled in time. As a result, thedemand of reliability of power supply increases in recent years. Troublecall management system(TCM) has been given extensive attention and ithas been put into use during the2010Shanghai Expo.This dissertation, carries out a detailed study and application analysisof trouble call management system. The main contents include:(1) Analyzes the design concept and system structure of TCM.Designs the logic structure, network structure, the framework of businessfunctions and the overall system structure. Develops many advancedapplications such as fault precise positioning, fault reporting automaticfiltering, deployment of repairing recourses. (2) Several existing defects and the cause of them were found throughthe analysis of the current fault repairing pattern and its application inPudong grid. A more advanced fault repairing process was designed andrealized through TCM system on the basis of current one.(3) Some main functions of TCM such as locating in geographicalmap, power source analysis and merging working orders are evaluated bystudying some typical fault repairing cases. The practical needs of powergrid companies and customers have also been researched. TCM system caneffectively solve the problems of current repairing schemes.In the end, gives the conclusion of this dissertation and shows thetasks of further research.
