The Design And Implementation Of Distribution Network Trouble Call Management System(TCM)

Based on the recent research of power distribution maintenance system at home and abroad,this paper designs and realizes the power distribution repair management and control system through full investigation and user demand analysis in the early stage.The main research results are as follows:(1)Analyzed the development trend of domestic and foreign fault repair management system in detail,combined with the SSH framework design concept,designed and completed the logical architecture,business module and system structure design of the system.Realized user role management,shift scheduling and on-duty management,work order generation,work order delivery,exploration and reporting and other emergency repair control processes involved in the functional research and development;(2)Using MySQL database technology,to achieve data persistence,at the same time using the "master and slave database" design,to achieve the synchronization of data backup,to ensure the security of data;(3)Combined with the investigation of the actual production environment,optimized the business process of rush repair and control,and improved the service efficiency;The system development process used unit testing,and in the system development is complete,a comprehensive functional test and performance test,to ensure the stability of the system.The power distribution fault repair management and control system studied in this paper,through simple and efficient business process design and implementation,can improve the distribution network fault repair management efficiency,improve the grid enterprise quality service level.
