Modern construction of the park today can not be separated from greening,landscaping, and ecology. Moreover, with the era of progress of scientific anddevelopment of technology, there is a trend that the construction of the park ischaracterized by ecology. Landscaping projects have an essential role for improvingthe ecological environment,enhancing the image and promoting the investment ofthe Parks.As a national demonstration Industrial park and the country’s first circulareconomy park, The image is essential for Ziya Circular Economy Industrial Park. Inorder to construct different effects of the landscaping in different functional areas andbuild the landscape effects of “a plant in the forest, and a forest in the plant”.Landscaping projects, played the especially role by Ziya Circular Economy Park’sconstruction.This thesis Analysis of the background of modern large-scale construction of thepark and the human resource management in Landscaping project, Combine thecharacteristics of the park construction and landscaping projects, the author noted thatthe difficulties in the landscaping construction process in the Ziya Circular EconomyIndustrial Park are as followings:1.how to achieve the most optimal allocation oflabor costs when both meet the progress and quality;2.Limited to the seasonalcharacteristics of the landscape construction and project characteristics, what kind ofspecific requirements have to need for the landscape construction personnel ofmanagement.3. How to build a strong construction organization, and theestablishment of a system and incentives to meet the Ziya fast road constructionproject team.The paper combines the practical experience of on-site construction of Ziyacircular economy industrial park landscaping projects,summarized some humanresource management models and measures for landscaping projects. Including that:establishing a reasonable construction organization structure, Person responsible forthe work, Timely coordination and communication, Focusing on personnel training,Establishing effective incentive mechanism and reward system etc. And ultimatelyrealized the quality and efficiency of the key landscaping projects.
