The management of that was still the traditional extensive. Confusionabout duties and responsibilities for example, and people don’t have the awareness tomake it clear.Obviously, the traditional highway maintenance management mode hasbeen completely unable to meet the needs of the development.This thesis start from the study of development of highway maintenance both indeveloped countries and China, and profound analysis of the necessity and importanceof changing our traditional highway maintenance management mode to refinemanagement mode. Through the discussion of the connotation of Lean Constructionand Refine management, the shortcoming of our traditional maintenance managementcan be conclude. Then improve measures are proposed, refine ideas are expected toadd into the management of maintenance. Then I put forward a plan to the mode ofrefine highway maintenance management, and detailed it. At the end of my thesis isthe refine management case—RONG WU highway, it is expected to become areference to our refine management.
