Theories And Practice Of Highway Maintenance And Construction For Shan'xi Province

As an privious work of highway construction, the planning of maintenance and construction has great meaning to the realization of the future highway network's systematic function. It is also the important basis of macro-management and scientific decision to highway's maintenance and building. This work needs to be examined overall on the foundation of highway network planning program, be carried in continuous order and step by step. A concrete project should be scientifically arranged in light of benefits to the whole highway network.Through the comparative analysis to the passenger-cargo transportation structure of synthetic transportation system in the domestic, the paper discusses the position and function that highway transportation servers in the synthetic transportation system on different stages, and scientifically positioning its role. The paper also described the opportunity and challenge in highway's development of our country from different angles, therefore analysis the developing situation of the nation, the west and Shannxi Province.By analyzing the relation between "maintenance" and "building", this paper expounds some ideas. Besides these, the paper deeply studies the key technologies of the system, which is setting-up of information gathering system and optimization of projects implement sequence, and gets corresponding models.
