Construction industry as one of most important material production sectors and pillar industries of the China’s national economy, the frequent occurrence of construction safety accidents not only greatly endangers the lives and property of the people and the country, but also is not conducive to the sustainable development of construction industry and the national economy.In recent years, the security situation in the construction industry is serious. Especially since October 2014, "12.19", "12.29" and a few major casualties in a row occurred, resulting in adverse social impact, causing extreme importance of the country and various experts and scholars. So how to more effectively protect the construction safety, achieve efficient and comprehensive prevention and control on accidents in construction site, reduce accident rates at source, with greater research significance.According to the analysis based on a large number of recent construction accident cases, the accident is not simply the process of "causation-happen", but are linked to each other constituting the intricate network of incidents, infect and spread each other. And the construction process involves multi-subject as owner, construction and design, the large flow of construction site personnel, dynamic jobs interchange, the complex environment, many uncertainties, which will increase the difficulty of construction safety management, and result in higher requirements on safety management about information technology and real-time. While the traditional security management is more to control the risk through the security check, hazard control, emphatically carries on the control after the event of accident, unable to collect and feedback the real-time information like engineering of complex and uncertain, so that the safety of information is neither timely nor comprehensive, safety control effect is poor, low efficiency, safety performance is not ideal. Therefore, in order to make construction safety prevention be more comprehensive and efficient and timely,the paper structure accidents relation network and generate path,integration of lean construction advanced project management theory and advanced information technology of BIM through the security plan and control rolling process integration,through the analysis of this year construction safety accident case,. From the planning, management and the organizational perspective on the whole construction of the security pre control. at the same time, the introduction of advanced RFID information collection and BIM integration on the construction site for real-time monitoring of comprehensive and efficient. To realize safety monitoring, real-time, automation, promotion of information technology and full,from the two aspects of management and technology, the common role of safety pre control in the construction site.,to improve the efficiency of security management.
