With an increasing number of people are paying more attention to environmental andenergy, it shows that used the vibration in environment to generate electricity directlybecome a hot spot of research. The vibration-based generator include electromagnetic,electrostatic and piezoelectricity types, which the external mechanical vibration istransformed into electrical energy. Economic, security and environmental protectiongenerate electricity and energy storage systems are needed to the micro vibration-basedgenerator, it includes electromagnetic, electrostatic and piezoelectric type, etc, which can beapplied to a variety of micro-vibration environment. The electromagnetic vibration energyharvester has a lot of advantages, which has small volume, powerful power generation,higher frequency sensing,without power supply, and it can be applied to a variety of harshenvironments.Mechanical vibration has relatively high energy density, high universality, and nopollution. It especially exists in hominine walking, motor sports, mechanical vibrationenvironment. This Subject Research presents a new vibration energy acquisition and storagedevice, the electric power of this device collected could be the power supply for mobilephones, MP3, microelectronics systems, thus for all kinds of microelectronics devices tosolve the uninterrupted power supply and charge freely, for people’s life a lot of convenience.According to Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction,we learned that the processof electric conductor cuts the magnetic field line could produce electricity. Thus, we design adevice which could convert the vibration energy of human motion to electricity, These faintelectrical energy are through some processes, which include accumulate, energy storage,boost, voltage regulation. Characteristic of the selected chips are low power and highstability, the power supply of these chips is self energized by this system, the whole systemdesign without external power supply, and it’s output could achieve stable voltage of4.2V,current of355mA.This paper talks in more detail about the device’s structure and design theory, throughtheoretical analysis, Protel and Multisim simulation, calculation and the debug of objection,design of the production electric device was completed. The output power level of the electr- omagnetic vibration energy harvester is controlled by magnetic field strength, amplitude ofvibration and frequency of human body motion. The more coil circle number, the morebigger output voltage.The more frequency of the human body movement, the more fasterspeed of charging, but it will be enjoy a broad prospect of market application.
