Currently, the smart grid is the development direction of power system, which has astrong engineering background and a huge market potential, and now has been the focusall over the world. Intelligent grid scheduling is a core technology of the smart grid, and isthe focus of international research. Intelligent grid scheduling includes correspondingscheduling policy when the distribution network is in normal operation, or in fault state, orin overload state.When distribution network is in the normal state, run-time information analysis andprocessing of each node and the regional distribution network fault isolation algorithmsare related to distribution network topology structure, a good grid structure model willhelp to achieve the various functions of the smart grid. In order to ensure network security,stability, economic and efficient operation, when a failure occurs in a region, in order toavoid chain fault, one of the hottest flash matter is that to quickly and accuratelydetermine the failure region, and quickly isolate the fault in the smallest distribution area.In this paper, a modeling method is applied to the analysis of distribution system ofcounty-level distribution system, we get the variable structure network model, and thenthe model has been used to simplify the analysis of distribution system through slicingtreatment, the minimum distribution zoning and load transformation of arc and node. Byapplying artificial intelligent approaches, we can achieve fault location quickly andaccurately, and isolate fault in the minimum zone through analysing the network fault.This method can reduce downtime and the ranges of the area affected by the failure andenhance the distribution service reliability.When distribution network is in overload state, for the security and stability of thewhole grid, subregion must be power cuts. Meanwhile, in order to achieve optimal powerefficiency, we must sort regional in power priority. In this paper, economic and politicalfactors normalization algorithm is used for the regional rating. When the power gap issmall, only part of the region need to be power cuts, a load classification method isapplied to solve this problem. Through these measures, we ensure the safe operation whendistribution network is in overload state. The practical application of scheduling system which is developed based research inthe Mengjin County has achieved good results, reduce the outage time and increaseeconomic efficiency.
