With the rapid development of economy, increasing number of cars cause seriousenvironment pollution and energy shortage problem in the world, at present manycountries around the world and the car companies research and development of newenergy vehicles as research focus,but also provide a broad space for the electric carautomatic transmission. After having compared with characteristics of these automatictransmissions, the writer of the thesis innovatively design active synchronoustransmission.This thesis details the structure and working principle of the transmission andshifting process. Established the mechanical analysis model of shifting, developed amotor and shift actuators the implementing agencies to coordinate control strategy andcomplete the current controller and speed controller of the drive motor control systemdesign. The power transmission system is elastic load system, this thesis analyzes thecause of the oscillation and give the engineering method of inhibition of oscillationsystem and complete the software and hardware of active synchronous transmissioncontrol system.Built system of experimental platform, through a long loading experimental, theexperimental results show that shift gab is short and shift is comfortable, smooth.Comparing with traditional automatic transmission, the shift quality is more excellent.
