With the rapid development of communications technology and internet,any devicecan access to the network, at the same time, which also contribute to the way of thetradition monitoring changes. In this environment, the Remose Elevator Monitoring AndControl System come to realization, whith is the cutting-edge technology in this field. Inmy issue, the System is monitoring operational status and parameters of data via theInternet, and response the elevator fault timely and effective. For this problem, the work ofthis paper is as follows:Firstly, we analyze the development of REMS at home and abroad,and then obtainthe necessity and feasibility of developing this system from the aspects of the elevatormanagement, industry technology development. This system could be divided into threeparts: Data acquisition, data center system and terminal software. Data center is the core ofthis system, which is called switch, provide data transceiver interface from front toterminal, and realize processing and storage, sharing and exchange of the elevator data.Data center include two parts, one is database,the other is data center software, thendescribe the overall structure of the data center, design ideas, and database design andoptimization of processing to do a detailed analysis, finally the mobile communicationnetwork, TCP/IP protocol data center security mechanisms to do a brief introduction.Acquisition usb CANBUS transfer data, then re-encoded them and access the internet varUSB3G card, to interact with data center. Mobile monitoring terminal have threefunctional interface: monitoring, control, system management, whitch is from the datacenter, then design the mobile monitoring software based on the Android platform.
