The Research Of Exterior Space Environment Construction Of University Science And Technology Park

At the beginning of21century with the rapid development of science and technology,mankind across the industrial economy era to the beginning of a new economic form ofsociety that is knowledge-based economy. University of Science and TechnologyIncubator is a new thing derived from our economy, science and technology, educationreform, but the China University of Science and Technology Park still in the start-up andgrowth stage. Although people put more and more emphasis to the construction of theproduction environment, the study of its external space environment is still insufficient.The author found the research which related to the construction of the University ofScience and Technology Park, especially in its outdoor space and external environment isalmost rare.The exterior space environment, however, has increasingly shown its importance inthe role of supporting the development of Science and Technology Park. Look at theadvanced university science parks, their environment are no longer filled with thetraditional notion of chemical emissions and environmental pollution originate from theold industrial park, on contrary, they are gradually developing to the eco-gardenenvironment. Therefore, based on the existing problems, to analyze the localizedinterpretation of the external space environment model and to create a strategy of theformation with local features of its external space environment is become the aim of thisstudy.In the first place, this article introduces the concept of outdoor space and externalenvironment of University of Science and Technology Park, studies the current status ofdomestic and foreign related research, clearly understand the particularity of its externalspace environment.Secondly, this article makes an analysis of the status of the external space environment of Wuhan East Lake National University of Science and Technology Park,selects a representative of the external space environment of two university sciencepark-Huazhong University of Science and Technology Park and Science Park of WuhanUniversity as a field research object. This article makes an in-depth analysis of the statusquo in its relationship with urban space, space and environmental element, then do thesummary of the external space environment problems of the university science park.Then, this article studies the composition of elements which influence the externalspace environment. Based on the design theory and domestic and foreign excellentexamples, it researches the corresponding design strategy to solve those problems whichour country at this stage faced, then sums up the general principles of creating the externalspace environment, and give the proposals on how to create and design the external spaceenvironment in China.Finally, this article summarizes research as the conclusions. Hope this research canhave practical significance in improving the external space environment and developingthem as eco-garden environment, in adapting to new economic era and meet human’sphysical and psychological needs which desire to return to the nature.
