Scientific Park has gone from enterprise agglomeration, cluster agglomeration to innovation agglomeration. High-tech innovation paradigm evaluated from "linear innovation model" to "network innovation paradigm". Formal and informal communications, innovation culture has become an important driving force for enterprises innovation. Innovation environment gradually become the core of modern science and technology park construction. Scientific Park road space is an important part of informal interaction space, and also is an important part of Scientific Park innovation environment. Construction of Scientific Park humanized road space environment is important to promote business in Scientific Park.This thesis studied on theoretical results and development trends of road design in domestic and overseas, and analyses about innovation environment in scientific park, planning and design of scientific park, and post evaluation of environment. Summary researches and characteristics, and made conclusion about study achievements. Based on several theoretical basis such as silent knowledge, humanized public space design theory, environmental-psychology, combining development of scientific park, constituent elements and system architecture and other evaluation criterions, discussing about selection of evaluation paradigm and methods, this thesis completed the construction of theory system and evaluation methods of Beijing city science and Technology Park Road humanized space environment.Using AHP, literature analysis and typical parks index, construct preliminary index system. Using Delphi method, construct a multi-level, relatively complete index system which can reflect psychological and physiological needs of pedestrians.Using Delphi Method and AHP to determine the index weight, establish a quantitative comprehensive evaluation system. Construct importance- performance diagnostic decision model. Improve comprehensive evaluation system of Beijing science and Technology Park Road humanized space environment. Provided a way to evaluate and analyses humanized road space environment of scientific park.Take empirical study of Shijingshan Park in the end. Based on index system of humanized road space environment of scientific park brought by this thesis, make a comprehensive evaluation of humanized road space environment of Shijingshan Scientific Park by quantitative evaluation system and IPA model. Provide optimization strategies and other suggestions in working sequence and efficient allocation of resources by this model based on evaluated results. Needs for social interactions, comfortable standing and staying space, being a part of convenience daily life should be pay more attention. Improvement should be take in numbers of rest facilities, distribution of rest facilities, communication spaces, selling service along roads, network and other relative facilities. On the other hand, pleasure environment, road characters and other aspects need to be improved.Continuation and development of public interactions are important to innovation environment, and has further significance to stimulate and strengthen innovation environment of scientific parks. My innovation point is pointing out deficiency breakthrough "generalized" limitations of roads by reviewing of progress and achievements in related fields at home and abroad. Construct a complete studying mode from humanized perspective based on multi-fields theories. It has a certain value guidance to how to design and build road in Beijing Scientific Park which can satisfy user’s needs, to improve competitive of scientific park, and to create innovation environment. Using IPA methods, which is wild used in diagnose decision and rarely used in road space evaluation study, construct a diagnose decision model, and provide suggestions in working sequence and efficient allocation of resources from both importance and performance.
