Cement concrete pavement is in a large proportion of the composition of china’s highwaynetwork, it has several advantages of high strength, stiffness, little affected by temperatureand longer service life. However, due to the low resistance to erosion and corrosion capabilityof the base materials, gap will gradually appear between the plates and grassroots after theusing of pavement for a period of time. Whether the plates are void or not that can not directlydetermine from the road surface, which resulting in the assessment of empty more difficulty.Now cement concrete pavement detector such as FWD and Beckman Beam DeflectionInstrument have the shortcomings of slow detect-speeding, poor real-time and low-accuracy.In this paper, I have put forward a real-time detection system based on the platform ofvistual studio2005.In this paper, we have adopted of the principle of non-destructive testing to detect theconcrete pavement slab. First, we have built the overall framework of the data acquisitionhardwire system and the software based on vistual studio2005programming platform. Thenwe have programmed the analysis program for the signal acquisition, the endpoint detectionand so on, and have analyzed the time domain, frequency domain and spectral of themeasured data. Finally, we have used two methods to test whether the concrete pavement wasvoid or not and where was the position. On vistual studio2005programming platform wehave developed data acquisition procedures, the endpoint detection procedures, data analysisprocedures and the judgments procedures. These procedures were integrated into the softwareplatform for the testing system. Have Compared the results which got from the integratedtesting system engineering test with the measured results of FWD and Beckman beamdeflection, which have verified the system stability and reliability and have gave theexperiment curve and the results. Finally, in this article I have put forward the shortages ofparts which need to be improved, and have prospected the application foreground of the actualrunning of experiment system on vistual studio2005programming platform.
