Analysis and control of temperature field and stress field of mass concrete is a complexsystems engineering and has been the focus of the engineering sector and academia concern.Mass concrete temperature field and stress field are changing with time, the traditionaltheoretical analysis ignoring the important effects of time effect. From timeliness point, thisarticle proposed Finite Element Analysis design theory of concrete in the process of designand temperature stress fuzzy dynamic control theory on information technology to track theconstruction in the construction process. From both the finite element simulation analysis anddesign and fuzzy dynamic control of the construction of mass concrete, realize analysis andcontrol of time-varying temperature stress.On the basis of previous research, while analysising and considering hydration heatgeneration rate, initial temperature, air temperature, convection boundary conditions, elasticmodulus, creep degrees, early tensile strength of time-varying effects of factors of the massconcrete, this article set up simulation theory to analyze aging temperature field and the stressfield of the early heat of hydration of mass concrete in a timely manner; also set uptemperature stress fuzzy dynamic control theory to change tracking the construction ofinformation technology in the construction process.This article used the ANSYS finite element analysis software and established a solidmodel to simulate the mass concrete hydration heat temperature and stress field scheduledistribution on the basis of monitoring heat of hydration temperature field of raft foundationon a high-building in ANKANG city. Combined with the measured data, the theoreticalresults with experimental results error is less than10%by theoretical and comparativeanalysis of the theoretical data and measured data. It can conclusion that it is more scientificand more consistent with the actual project to analyze the transient temperature field and thestress field of the mass concrete in a timeliness perspective.In the process of the preliminary design of mass concrete can use the simulation design theory presented by this paper to anticipation of mass concrete in advance is able to meet therequirements of the crack or not. Through repeated adjustments of the design specifications, it can finally meet crack requirements of mass concrete pre.designed.Fuzzy control theory issuccessfully applied to the dynamic control of mass concrete construction process, breakingerror interference of time.varying and nonlinear in the traditional theoretical analysis of massconcrete temperature stress. Information technology tracking in the construction process onthe basis of pre.simulation analysis, fuzzy dynamic control of mass concrete constructionmeasures, which can make accurate theory to follow in the design and construction of themass concrete. Thus the design and construction of mass concrete projects has scientificguidance to ensure durability and safety of mass concrete structures.
