Research On The Integration Of Intelligent Building And Internet Of Things

At present, the Internet of things (IoT) has become a important part of strategicemerging industries in our country, and plays an important role in promoting thetransformation of economic development. Since2011,"Smart City" has become thehottest application of the Internet of Things. Intelligent Building, as an important part ofthe "Smart City", combined with the Internet of Things can not only improve theintelligence of buildings, but also lay the foundation for "Smart City" services, such asthe urban energy monitoring, energy management, safety management and so on. Theneffectively promote the development of "Smart City".There’s no in-depth research on the organic combination of the Intelligent Buildingand IoT at home currently. So by analyzing a data access solution in the IoT applicationplatform and studying the interface technology of the Intelligent Building in this paper,the way of the building intelligent systems (including discrete building intelligentsystems and the integration system) data accessing to the IoT data service platform isstudied, that provides the theoretical foundation and realization method for thecombination of the Intelligent Building and IoT.First of all, the application requirements of the combination of the the IntelligentBuilding and IoT is analyzed according the application status and development trends ofIntelligent Building and IoT.Secondly, based on studying the network architecture and the technological systemof the IoT, one solution about IoT application platform data access is put forward to lay afoundation for building intelligent system data access to the IoT.Then, based on the interface technonlogy and protocols of the building intelligentsystems, the data access solutions of discrete building intelligent systems using differentinterface technologies are studied. Taking the elevator remote monitoring systemapplying the "Feeling" public data services platform for an example, the specificimplementation methods of the discrete building intelligent systems data accessing to the IoT are researched.Finally, the data access methods of the Intelligent Building integration system areresearched by studying the data access of the Intelligent Building integration system “XieTong” SynchroIBMS to the "Feeling" public data services platform. And the methodsapplying OPC, Web Services and ODBC techniques to achieve the goal are proposed.
