So far,elevators are one of the most important transportation facilities in high-rise buildings in cities,and they often appear in people's daily lives.The safe and smooth operation of elevators will directly affect people's life safety.The effective monitoring of the running elevator can not only greatly reduce the occurrence of elevator safety accidents,but also in the event of an elevator failure,rescue workers can also detect the failure of the elevator,so that more effective measures will be taken,and the degree of panic of trapped passengers will be greatly reduced.Even reduce unnecessary casualties.However,the elevator control system in the building building in Yuanzhou District of Yichun City carried out a detailed investigation and research.It was found that there are many problems in the elevator monitoring system during the research process,such as: chaos of the monitoring platform,low versatility,and early warning of low failures.A series of shortcomings.Aiming at some problems existing in current elevator monitoring system,first of all,in view of the company's existing elevator operation command system is studied,the study found that the command system needs to be done to monitor the elevator operation and fault early warning function,so you need a variety of Internet of things technology integration,including the Zig Bee technology,GPRS technology and RFID technology,by these technologies so as to put forward a kind of system design,mainly composed of independent sensors,terminal terminal,GPRS transmission network and monitoring center.The system feature of this design is to use only to collect the alarm information,so as to realize the monitoring of the target elevator,and do not have any control effect on the elevator.Sensor data acquisition of elevator running,only then the collected data through the wireless network transmission to terminal room,terminal to elevator fault signal and the RFID maintenance information collected,the final end to integrate data collected together,and sent to the monitoring center through GPRS network.By adopting Zig Bee good characteristics of wireless network technology,wellwithin the wiring difficult problems can be very good,can not only cost savings,and can be achieved through a GPRS module control many sets of elevator in a building,so that we can realize the design optimization.The installation of the RFID maintenance credit card module can not only better enable the government quality supervision department to master and effectively supervise the security and maintenance of elevators.
