With the social development、the process of urbanization and the constructiontechniques of scientific research in the field of in-depth, architectural acoustics is moreand more used in the practice areas due to emphasis on spiritual life,the study of indoorsound environment from Concert Hall, theaters, stadiums and other building ingradually toward education, housing, office buildings, and restaurant。Noise pollution of the dining area in the restaurant, effects with dining guests, butalso effects with their work quality and emotion。the restaurant buildings developedrapidly with Urbanization, however, Terrible inside environment and level of servicemakes the noise pollution problem increasingly prominent.In order to understand the composition of the inside sound environment of therestaurant building characteristics，and the degree of influence on the diners andservice staff, starting from analysising structure characteristics of inside noise ofrestaurants., the study, based on field measurements,analysis the pollution status ofinterior acoustic environment of chinese restaurants,through questionnaires and fuzzymath.According to the measurement results show that the four stages of its soundenvironmental, focus on eating the peak of the fourth stage，of the inside soundenvironment for analysis and processing. Analysis of the data, using the comprehensiveevaluation method of fuzzy mathematics,to determine the comprehensive evaluationresults of the respondents were chinese restaurant the inside sound environment,because in the objective world, many phenomena are caused by various factors, theresults with the fuzzy, calculation of the number of respondents to quantify therestaurant the acoustic environment of the different feelings. according to the surveyanalysis and calculations, the conclusion that the respondents were Chinese restaurantthe inside sound results of the evaluation of the environment.Finally, according to the comprehensive evaluation of research results,the studyprovide a reference to improve the inside sound environment of the restaurant.inmany aspects,such as the planning of the restaurant building site selection,architectural design, interior layout, the internal flow line design, interior decoration.
