Nowadays the intermittent mixing station is mainly applied in theproduction equipment of the RCC at home and abroad, the biggest advantage ofwhich is mixing well and the biggest disadvantage of which is the lowproductivity. A factory in Wuxi city developed a new type of Multi-functionmixing plant, which rolls concrete, stabilizes it, asphalts it and reproduces it insequence (WCB-500type roller compacted concrete batch station). This type ofplants is continuous mixing equipments, whose biggest advantage is thatproductivity is high. However, their common problem is their low measuringprecision compared with intermittent mixing equipments. How to increase theproductivity and measuring precision at the same time is what I am mainlyresearching. In the paper, I study the measuring system about WCB-500typeroller compacted concrete mixing station and improve the measuring system inorder to increase the precision.1. Study the structure, the working principle, the working methods and theworking process of the mixing station. And then analyse the measurement aboutthe aggregate and the powder in the system, design the structure of the wholemeasuring system and its working principle. As a result, we are able to improvethe measuring accuracy and reliability.2. Research and design the system of belt scale, analysing the factorsaffecting the measuring precision. After that, choose and utilize the righthardware of the belt scale. Analyse the installation method to ensure that it canmeasures materials rapidly and accurately.3. Discuss the calibration method of belt scale and design a new calibrationmethod, the calibration process, and the arithmetic of calibration coefficient.Change the original calibration method to reduce the calibration time andimprove the quality of calibration4. Learn the current situation of the batching control system. And then according to the requirements of the batching control system, choose the controlmode based on the PLC and design the hardware, the I/O distribution and theingredients control flow diagram. Finally, write the software program using theS7-200CNSTEP7MicroWINV4.0. We will improve the economy and thereliability of the control system.5. Research the algorithm of the aggregate ingredients and powderingredients and work out the flow algorithm formula. Compared fuzzy type-PIDcontrol and hybrid fuzzy-pid control, choose the hybrid fuzzy-pid controlaccording to the actual situation of the system. And according to the hybridfuzzy-pid control principle, design the fuzzy PID controller in order to improvethe quality of ingredients, especially powder ingredients, making it quickly andaccurately.
