Study On Construction Technology And Equipment Of Roller Compacted Concrete

Roller-compacted Concrete Pavement Paving is the Cement Concrete Pavement Construction Technology that using vibration road roller forming.The feature is that high dense asphalt paver or grassroots paver, vibration roller are used to pave and roll hard drying concrete. Combining with the real project, material properties of RCC, continuous mixer, equipment modification and calibration,equipment matching and construction quality control were researched.Indoor proportion of RCC was given through the design of mix proportion.Consistency changing rule that caused by mixing time,moisture content, transportation and waiting time were found, based on indoor experimental research of the workability of RCC.According to mixture motion model of continuous mixer and concrete workability experiment, measure which can improve the mixture mixing uniformity was found.The two level mixed cylinder mixing effect was verified by dosage titration test.The existing problems and the necessity of modification about Cement metering system, water supply system, mixture transportation system and concrete mixing system were found,when some stabilized soil mixing plants were used to mixed RCC. To solve these problems, equipment modification and calibration scheme were given.The characteristics of the speed of the paver were analyzed and calculation method of operation number and number and speed were confirmed,based on the threshold velocity, project amount and conspaver truction plan. Matching method of mixing plant, rolling equipment, transport vehicles and loaders were obtained,based on the paver and project amount. Combining with the real project, equipment matching scheme of experimental road was put forward. Control points of construction quality of RCC were provided,on the basis of equipment matching.
