The primary disposal technologies of semi-rigid base asphalt which are widely usedinour country are slurry seal technology, synchronous pavement and Exposed-aggregateCement Stable Grain Base. Some of these technologies have matured applications, but someare still in development and improvement. However, their shear resistance, fatigue properties, applicable environmental and economic are different. This paper comparative analysisthesedisposal technologies by experiments and theoretical calculation. Besides, considering thesticky layer of oil disposal technologies widely used in the pavement surface, this paperput itinto the contradistinction..Firstly,the paper used BISAR3.0software to analyze the road mechanical behavior withdifferent layers of contact state which are completely continuous, completely smooth andsemi-continuous. The result can provide the theoretical support for the last test and study.Secondly, summarized and analyzed the optimization of semi-rigid base interlayerdisposal technologies. Theseinterlayer disposal technologies arethe sticky layer of oil, slurryseal, rubber synchronous pavement surface, SBS modified synchronous pavement surface andExposed-aggregate Cement Stable Grain Base.Thirdly, seepage test, pull test, shear test at different temperatures and fatiguecalculations based on different interlayer disposal technologies have done. Then analysisthese types of disposaltechnologies with water stability, temperature stability, fatigueresistance according to the experiment database. Additionally, comparative analysis of theeconomic performance of different layer disposaltechnologies have finished. Finally, this paper use gray relational theory synthesis (including shear resistance, fatigueperformance, durability and economy) to evaluate these types of disposal. At last theresearchcan provide theoretical guidance for the disposal of preferred semi-rigid asphalt pavementlayer.
