In HongHe. YunNan province, with the development of highway construction, asphalt pavement shows the tendency of increase year by year, semi-rigid material base due to its high strength, large carrying capacity and is widely used in the asphalt pavement,amd become the main asphalt pavement base structure in our country.But due to the increase of traffic, especially the axial load increased weight gain and overload phenomenon,represented by the mine road of mountain area highway asphalt pavement in a lower level of semi-rigid base on the base of the cement stable macadam mixture, frequently creating slippage diseases on the highway of water stable base between asphalt layer and between (hereinafter referred to as the base coat) pavement sliding. Base of asphalt pavement layer slip between diseases tend to occur in heavy traffic, and more appear in the slopes bend and stretch before and after.Difficult to control the base surface of slip between disease to highway management and maintenance department caused great distress, to reduce road service level, traffic safety hidden trouble. Based on the existing achievements of research experts and scholars at home and abroad, found themselves unable to perfectly solve the existing problem, the author combined with an old officer of rural highway asphalt pavement renovation engineering example for the diseases of system exploration research, the paper through investigating and analyzing an old officer slip between highway base coat disease situation, analyzes the reasons, and the existing norms and traditional mechanics calculation, and then on the basis of elastic layered system theory, through the Bisar program for tools to analyze the shear stress between the base surface and impact factors and regularity of shear stress between the base surface, combining with the experience of a large number of trial and error test summary, get mine highway cement stabilized base asphalt pavement slip disposal effective plan, put forward the "rigid concrete base+asphalt concrete surface layer" the disposal scheme, engineering test section tested successfully, finally has carried on the real road test mass disposal, and the cost analysis and summarizes the method, the design scheme of this kind of pavement structure outlook and beneficial analysis and Suggestions are put forward.
