Highway Traffic Emergency Disposal And Command Auxiliary System Research In Shaanxi Province

Highway emergency disposal is an important research directionconcerning state security, social stability and the people interests. Thispaper studies highway emergency disposal system, the classification ofthe highway emergency information, and puts forward the design idea ofemergency auxiliary command system.At the beginning, the paper expounds the necessity and urgency ofhighway emergency disposal research, and discusses the developmentstate of the current domestic and foreign highway emergency disposal,then makes a preliminary analysis on the theoretical study of highwayemergency disposal. Secondly, the paper elaborates the organizationestablishment, operation mechanism and emergency safeguard ofhighway emergency disposal in Shaanxi province. Then it discusses andenumerates the detailed standard and basic disposal process of highwayemergency classification. Lastly, it puts forward a preliminary design ofemergency auxiliary command system from several aspects, such as the auxiliary command management, emergency event management,emergency information management, emergency resources managementand so on; it also proposes plans and suggestions about the administrationof highway emergency disposal.This research will provide the construction of highway emergencywith positive reference, offers theoretical and technical support to theemergency management, thereby making a contribution improving thehighway emergency disposal ability in our province.
