| The operation and maintenance of power equipment, as a support forproduction management system (PMS) in power grid, cannot be ignoredin the development of smart grid. Information integration, significantlysupporting the data interaction in future grid development, will lay thefoundation for the informatization of smart grid. To combine informationintegration technology into the development of power equipment’soperation and maintenance is to promote the development of smart grid,and to become a key direction in the research of smart grid.Firstly the concept of intelligent power operation and maintenancecenter is introduced, and overall architecture is explained to illustrate itsfunction and implementation. Furthermore, the method of mappingbetween Common Information Model (CIM) and intelligent poweroperation and maintenance center is proposed, as well as the expansion ofCIM. Ultimately the extended modeling specification is established,which not only conforms to CIM, but also meets the demand for theintelligence operation and maintenance center. Second, the introduction of IEC61968general message exchangeformat is presented. Through the analysis of the needs and process ofintelligence power operation and maintenance center, generalinfrastructure and information platform are established, which are also onthe basis of IEC61968standards. Unified interface specificationsinformation exchange instructions for intelligent power operation andmaintenance center are proposed.Finally, transformer residual life is calculated in the applicationexample, with the analysis of its data structure. Its information model isin accordance with the CIM standard. Based on this information model,message specifications for information interaction are designed forinformation delivery in the application of transformer residual life. In thecalculation example, algorithm with consideration of the transformeraccelerated aging is proposed, and the feasibility of informationintegration for intelligent power operation and maintenance center. |
