Research On IT Operation And Maintenance Service System Improvement In The State Grid Subordinate Units

Nowadays,China is in the era of rapid development of information technology and increasingly fierce market competition.IT operation and maintenance services play an increasingly important role in the strategic development of enterprises.How to improve the quality of IT operation and maintenance services has become a key issue affecting the core competitiveness of enterprises.There is research data shows that in the process of IT operational service,some problems come from technology or product,some problems come from the enterprise operational management,so how to strengthen the IT operational service ability,become increasingly concerned problem.This paper conducts relevant investigation and research on the above problems,which is not only conducive to sorting out the relevant factors affecting the quality of IT operation and maintenance services,but also conducive to improving the level of operation and maintenance services and promoting the rapid development of enterprise information system.Firstly,this paper discusses the purpose,significance and relevant research status at home and abroad.Secondly,theoretical knowledge related to IT operation and maintenance service improvement is elaborated,including the concept of information system and information system operation and maintenance,and the overall framework of IT operation and maintenance service.Then IT describes the status quo of IT operation and maintenance services of state grid company,including the informatization development process of state grid company and the content and level of IT operation and maintenance services.Taking wind and solar power energy storage company as a typical company directly under the state grid information system introduction and IT operation and maintenance management ideas description.Thirdly,the SWOT analysis method was carried out to analyze the IT operation and maintenance services of wind and solar power energy storage company.Different countermeasures were developed to promote the improvement and development of IT operation and maintenance services of wind and solar power energy storage company in view of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of IT operation and maintenance services of the company directly under state grid.Based on the improvement method of IT operation and maintenance service,the IT operation and maintenance service platform is designed and the management behavior of IT operation and maintenance service is standardized.Finally,based on AHP,a mathematical model is used to evaluate the effect of IT operation and maintenance service improvement.This article represented by wind and solar power energy company directly under the State grid corporation of China as the research object,combined with the theoretical knowledge and practical company,IT is analyzed the present situation of the operational services,according to situation put forward the improvement method,and builds the IT operational service platform,a series of research results for other directly under the national grid company to improve the IT operational service provides the reference.
