Fully automatic operation will be an important direction for the development of urban rail transit in China.Fully automatic operation system relies on advanced train operation control,real-time sensing,information transmission and other technologies.It has obvious technical advantages in safety,reliability,and intelligence.It is of great significance to ensure train operation safety,improve transportation efficiency,reduce labor cost,and save energy and increase efficiency.At present,few domestic and foreign rail transit lines have achieved fully automatic operation,and there is a lack of unified standards in operation mode,operation scenario design,organization rules and maintenance guarantee system.In order to match the characteristics of fully automatic operation system,each operation enterprise gradually explores the management mode,organization rules and maintenance system suitable for fully automatic operation according to its own operation mode and basic conditions such as signal system,integrated monitoring system and train control system.Based on the background of fully automatic operation of rail transit,combined with my own experience in the preparation and construction of Nanning Metro Line 5(fully automatic operation line),this paper focuses on the operation scenario design and intelligent maintenance under the condition of fully automatic operation.The main contents include:(1)Operation scenario design and operation rules research for fully automatic operation.Operation scenario reflects the operation concept and demand of operation enterprises.It is the link of coupling among equipment,production system and functional posts in the process of operation organization.According to the complex and changeable characteristics of operation scenarios,the operation scenarios are divided into depot scene,main line scene,control center scene and station scene according to the location,and further subdivided into normal mode,fault mode and emergency mode according to the characteristics of events.Based on the division of operation scenarios,the organization rules of each scenario are studied according to the industry regulations and technical requirements,which provides guarantee for the efficient and orderly operation of automatic operation system.(2)Research on intelligent maintenance under automatic operation mode.The existing "planned maintenance" mainly relies on the experience of maintainer to detect the status,locate,and faults of equipment,which has the disadvantages of high labor cost and difficult control of equipment status.A large number of advanced monitoring sensors are deployed in the automatic operation system,which provides strong support for real-time monitoring of equipment status,status prediction and fault diagnosis,and also creates conditions for the transformation of maintenance mode(from planned maintenance to condition based maintenance).Based on the analysis of the impact of automatic operation system on operation and maintenance,this paper studies the key technologies and methods of intelligent maintenance,and designs an intelligent maintenance platform for automatic operation system.Finally,this paper briefly shows the main functions of the intelligent maintenance platform.The fully automatic operation system of rail transit is still in the stage of rapid development.It is urgent to study the matching management mode,management system,organization rules and guarantee system from the perspective of operation organization.Then,the maximum efficiency of the automatic operation system can be brought into full play.In this study,organization rules,intelligent maintenance,and the division of operation scenarios are studied in order to promote the development of rail transit automatic operation system,and provide reference for other cities in the construction of automatic operation system.
