Regional Development Strategy Adjustment Under The Background Of Climate Change

Globally, climate change will affect the regions to varying degrees. Especially those high and densely urbanized areas will demonstrate the vulnerability and massive loss of socio-economic vulnerability. Impacts of climate change will inevitably come, so we must adapt to the change and concentrate on slowing down the speed of climate change in the future as well. Adaptation to climate change in the developing strategy is required for development, which is reflected in the national policy guidelines. However, we don’t have strategies based on integration of analysis and forward-looking view which focus on researching practical strategies.This article explore the development and implementation of regional strategies for adaptation to climate change, such as "what kind of strategies applicable in this area" and so on. The focus of this article lies in strategy formation processes. Clearly, our purpose is to describe how to initiate, organize and apply this adaptation strategy depend on our analysis of different participants within a strategic process and its rationality, role, motivation.Discussions on climate adaptation and their limitations is just scientific concept. Based on the background of this conception, we will combine following two sides to explain our research conclusion:First. Look for strategic spatial planning;Second. Look for adaptation to climate change in vision formed in the model’s constraints. Verify the availability of the model through a comparative analysis of four Germany climate adaptation strategies. Before getting the rudimental conditions, theoretical models and empirical formula can be helpful for judging the deployment and application area adaptation strategy is weakened or support. Several factors and recommendations given in the end are adopted in some other regions to establish strategies for adaptation to climate change.
