With the gradual progress of energy conservation and environmental protection awareness in today's society,it has contributed to the vigorous development of green building and green ecological building theory and practical projects.As a branch of green building,container buildings have great potential and application market in China.However,the theory of container buildings in China is not perfect,and the theory for the design and application of container buildings in cold regions is still in a blank state.This directly leads to the lack of theoretical guidance for actual construction projects.At this stage,we can only rely on the experience of construction units and container factories to design and construction container buildings.Based on the existing container building theory and cold construction theory,this paper analyzes the experience and theoretical research results of actual container buildings projects at home and abroad.Four cold design principles were proposed for intensive container building form in cold areas,energy-saving of box interface,efficient use of box space,and comfortable interior environment of box.And on the basis of the above principles,starting from the two aspects to explains the coldness design method of container construction in cold areas.At the space adapts to cold climate,first of all,for cold container containers of different building types,according to the temperature change,light intensity change and the PMV-PPD index change of the winter solstice in the space,the spatial function partition of different types of cold container containers is divided;Secondly,starting from the organization of the traffic space between the cabinets,three design methods of constructing a horizontally enclosed corridor,a vertically enclosed traffic core and a concession to use the functional area boundary are proposed;finally,based on the experience of building users,a formulation is proposed to cater to the cold environment The heating plan,lighting plan and design methods to improve the color texture affinity of the internal space ensure the comfort and stability of the internal environment system of the cabinet during use.At the shape adapted to cold climate,first discuss the construction of the low-energy box shape: from the perspective of reducing the body shape coefficient,increasing the body radiation heat,and reducing the impact of the wind environment on the body,the corresponding design methods are proposed;second Investigate the design of the opening of the cold box interface,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of various types of openings,and quantify the opening lighting efficiency according to the experimental simulation,and propose the quantitative formula of the opening area;finally,calculate the different structures of the cold container container enclosure structure by simulation The thermal insulation performance of the method is strong or weak,and the mathematical relationship between the thermal insulation performance and the material and structure of the interface of the cabinet is obtained,and then the structure of the interface of the cabinet is designed to be cost-effective and efficient.This paper comprehensively uses scientific research methods such as the literature comprehensive induction method,case study method,comparative analysis method,simulation quantitative analysis method,etc.to study the problems existing in the container buildings in the cold environment,and proposes the corresponding space coldness It is hoped that it can provide reference and solution ideas for the problems faced by the cold design of container buildings in cold regions,and play a role in the future of cold design of container buildings in cold regions.
