Phase difference measurement of the sine signals with the same frequency plays an important role in modern electronic measurement. The paper Researches on high accuracy sine signal phase difference detection technology based on DSP to meet the requirements of high precision testing of phase difference for high frequency sine signal. It has an important application value in engineering.Based on the study of several methods of commonly used phase difference detection, this paper proposes a high precision detection algorithm of sine signal phase difference that bases on the discrete Fourier transform(DFT). This paper uses simulation to verify algorithm’s correctness, and analyzes the influence of the accuracy of phase difference detecting, which are caused by factors such as the signal sampling points, the sampling ways and the signal-to-noise ratio and others.And on the basis of it, this paper determines related parameters of the detection system, and completes the whole model of the system and hardware architecture design.Finally, the paper writes the program of the phase difference detection algorithm based on BF532DSP, and realizes the high frequency sine signal detection of phase difference, and analyses the testing. The results show that this algorithm can achieve high precision phase difference detection requirements.
