At present, the energy and the environment are the urgent Problem which now the human survival and the development must solve. Now various countries have attached important to full use of Based on constant frequency doubly-fed speed wind generators of vector control system of further research. This paper proposed a strategy to control system of constant frequency doubly-fed speed wind generators.This paper firstly analyzes the constant frequency variable speed doubly-fed principle, establishs doubly-fed dynamic mathematical model, and the doubly-fed energy flow and power balance relationship. Because the doubly-fed mathematical model is a tall order, and strong coupling nonlinear mathematical equation, the method of vector coordinate transformation is introduced, carrying vector transform on doubly-fed voltage equation and electromagnetic torque equation and getting the mathematical model on doubly-fed coordinate axis in the axis. Using the stator flux vector control methods, and further simplified doubly-fed mathematical model, design a kind of model of the stator flux observer. Using the flux observer, can be easily realized the stator flux vector control, based on the active power doubly-fed generators and reactive power decoupling control plans and strategies. Combining the doubly-fed basic principle and mathematical model on Matlab/Simulink7.0environment was established based on doubly-fed stator flux vector control simulation model. Through the simulation analysis based on the stator field-oriented vector control methods can well realize doubly-fed active power and reactive power decoupling control.For slow response and overshoots excessive faults of vector control, this paper proposes an adaptive fuzzy control method. Using the fuzzy adaptive PID adjuster instead of conventional PID adjuster to output error and error rate for the input signal, the correction coefficient with PID adjustor for output signal, through the simulation analysis of this control method, the good doubly-fed vector control slow response and overshoots problem are solved..Matlab/Simulink7.0simulation software, the paper deduced according to the established mathematical model simulation need doubly-fed model, inverter model, flux and flux Angle calculation model, the flux and the torque regulator model regulator, the vector control and adaptive fuzzy vector control simulation.
