| The airport is an important integral part of China’s infrastructure.In recent years,air transport has developed rapidly,airports are faced with increasing pressure. Because many organizations’work is not closely enough and early warning services is not comprehensive enough at the airport, hardware and software facilities cannot meet the rapid development of aviation uniform requirements. Therefore leads to the frequent occurrence of insecurity incidents on the ground.Many studies have found that a lot of accidents of the air are related to security on the ground, the airport safety directly affects the security of air transport as an important ground place in air transport activities, so it’s necessary to construction of airport safety pre-warning management system, and to identification, prediction, early warning output on the security risk that exist in the running of the airport.This article collection, sorting the risk factors in the running of the airport security start from the current situation of theoretical study on safety management of the airport, and follow the methods of the combination of theory and practice, macro and micro, statistical analysis and case study, then give the risk identification on the airport and early warning output, finally it establishment of the early-warning index system of the airport. We introduced the GIS software to the early-warning system, and rendering the airport in the front of everyone in the style of image, then introduced the risk matrix and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and using the software of SQL and VS to output the results of the final warning on the GIS map.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part described the main sources of the article topicã€the background and significance, and the current research related to the subject, determining the research contents and methods of this article.The second section first describes the composition of GIS software, and the concepts and features of Web services, then describes the steps of the airport map vectorization, and the publication of the map.The third part describes the method for risk identification. At the time of the risk identification,we should follow the principles of scientific, systematic, comprehensive, predictive, so as to ensure the accuracy of risk identification. Then this chapter presentation and analysis of several methods commonly used in risk identification from the qualitativeã€quantitative and complex., and describes their characteristics, compare their strengths and weaknesses, presents this risk assessment index Matrix Analysis method on the base, describes the process of the method and procedure, and apply it to the airport’s risk identification.The fourth part categorized the risk factors and security work in the airport, analysis the causes of accidents and the disasters, design the evaluation index system of early warning management of air security, then using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the index system, finally, output the evaluation in the style of image, provide the objective result to the managers. |
