Motorized traffic is the embodiment of the city’s economic strength, have amutually supporting role with urban expansion, is the basic motivation of theevolution of Small and medium-sized cities to large cities even the mega-cities.Motorized traffic is different from the transport vehicles, public transport (especiallyrail transit) an important means to enhance the city function, prompting to themetropolitan stage. The passenger flow of urban rail stations needs the support of theland around the stations, the function of urban land is also set forth requirements forthe traffic carrying capacity of the stations. The combination of urban land functionand passenger flow of the station is still at a lower level, the convergence of ideas andthe model of passenger flow prediction methods are not perfect, can not meet therequirements of the rapid development of rail transit construction.Therefore, so that the functional analysis of urban land as the main line,establish a reasonable passenger flow forecasting model of station, and evaluation ofexisting planning programs will be very meaningful research. The purpose of thispaper is aimed at that under the guidance of the interface between philosophy andland functions correct the passenger flow forecasting model and establish theevaluation system of station convergence.The article take the land use functions into the analysis of the convergencetheory of the station, grasp the regularity of passenger flow characteristics, gave thepassenger flow forecast method based on the relationship between the land functionsof stations.The gray theory of the land related degree method was gaved in anotherlever and angle,and used in the calculation in the actual application;establish theconvergence evaluation system based on the entropy right of the ELECTRE method,and applied to the actual station plan program. Through the exploration of theseresearch results, provide a reference track of urban rail staion construction and landdevelopment of Chongqing in the future.
