The appearance of Casting and cantilever construction method promote thedevelopment of continuous girder bridge of the ancient structure system. Especiallycantilever construction method of pre-stressed bridge is feasible in technology,reasonable economy, mechanization, make a broader prospect of pre-stressed concretecontinuous girder bridge. With rapid developing of the high grade highway, stereoscopictransportation in cities and pre-stressed concrete structure In recent years, various kindsof curve beam bridge structure are already extensively adopted by our country, and themost common bridge is pre-stressed girder continuous curve. cantilever constructionmethod has been widely used in Europe, Japan, the United States and the former Sovietunion, to the development of construction of bridge towards component productionfactory, the structure assembly and the construction mechanized, so the cantileverconstruction method will be one of the main construction method of pre-stress Bridge inthe future. So it is necessary to analyze the sensitivity parameters to the construction ofthe possible error in the construction process.In this paper, backed up by the third of beicha south approach of ZhangzhouXiamen-cross-sea Bridge, based on investigations, conducted the study by utilizing thespatial finite element method. Analysis the structure characteristics of pre-stressedgirder continuous curve and cantilever technical requirements; to study the influence ofcantilever construction error sensitivity to the structure; use Midas to build solid model,analysis the third part5x70m of the whole bridge internal force of beicha southapproach of Zhangzhou Xiamen-cross-sea Bridge; to study the main factors andmaximum limit affecting the structure effect of Cantilever construction error in curvedgirder bridge.
