Study On The Mechanism And Pattern Of Urban Spatial Expansion In China During Transition

China’s economic development in the21st century still maintained rapid growthrate. Economic development is the direct driving force of urban spatial expansion, andthe city’s construction has entered a new round of growth. The driving factors ofurban spatial expansion are changing and urban spatial expansion showing newfeatures. This article is intended to analysis new patterns of China’s urban expansionin the21st century based on the theoretical and practical research from home andabroad.This article is divided into six chapters: the first, second and third chapters areresearch base; chapters4and5are the focus; Chapter6is the conclusion.Chapter1: Introduction part. Background, significance, domestic andinternational situation, contents and research ideas of this article will be elaborated.Chapter2: The basis of the theoretical part. Summarizing the classical theorycling to urban spatial expansion to form a solid theoretical foundation for the research.Chapter3: The experience section. Analysis of urban spatial expansion process,characteristics in North America, Europe, Asia and other regions and summary thelaw and problems of urban expansion abroad to lead a reasonable extension andminimize or avoid problems in the urban spatial expansion process.Chapter4: China’s urban spatial expansion of power mechanism part. From themodern industrialization process, upgrading the industrial structure, urban diffusionand solution of the "urban disease", urban social transformation, livable urbanconstruction, planning and construction guide and other aspects to explore the drivingforce of urban spatial expansion.Chapter5: the overall pattern of urban expansion in China. This sectionsummarizes the main features of the transformation of urban space expansion modeand morphological types, and analyzed the regional differences of China’s urbanspace.Chapter6: Conclusion part.
