Research To The Way Of Urban Spatial Expansion In Transition

Since the reform and opening up, China’s urbanization and industrialization processcontinues to accelerate, the central city’s population and industry is gradually extended to theoutlying areas, overall, including three extensions of conc entric spheres, the axial ribbon andmulti-core network, but there is a big problem about a variety of ways, and the phenomenonof the expansion’s blindness, disorder and randomness lead to increasingly intensecontradictions of social development, the long term, a serious impediment to the formation ofthe structural system of urban and regional integration. In addition, today’s urban space isfocused on the expansion speed, size and mechanism, the research of extension ways isrelatively small, and to some extent, a lot of urban disease cannot be effectively resolved.Based on the realistic background and research needs, in support of relevant theory ofurban spatial expansion，the study of influence to urban spatial expansion in this paper, thedevelopment zone, the peripheral groups and the satellite towns as the focus, by in-depthanalysis of China’s urban spatial expansion ways, combined with the specific city to furtherexplore to optimize the direction of development, solve the problem of the space expansion,and ultimately realize the regional coordination and healthy development.This article is written into five parts.The first part is the introduction, including the research background and problems,objectives and significance, framework and methods.The second part is to introduce the basic theory of urban spatial expansion. Includingrelated concepts such as urban space, urban space expansion, the proliferation of urbanfunctions, and relevant theories such as the basic theory of urban spatial structure and spatialdevelopment of urban areas relations theory, etc，which provide a theoretical origin andsupport for detail below research.The third part is to analysis the trend of changes in the way of China’s urban spatialexpansion. Including three ways of space extended, space expansion status and characteristics,as well as future urban expansion and strategic choice, etc. By analyzing the ways of urbanspace expansion nowadays to find the problem, and select the correct, reasonable andeffective extension methods and strategies, and promote the urban healthy and rapiddevelopment.The fourth part is the center of this article，include Chapter Ⅲ, IV and V. Throughresearch and analysis of the development zone, the peripheral groups and the satellite towns,to further optimize the spatial extension direction, based on solving urban problems, improve the regional coordinated development. Chapter III is the research of development zone andurban space reconstruction, analysis the integration of its convergence with the size andfunction of the central urban area, emphasizing an important role in the extension of the space;The Chapter IV is the introduction to the center of the proliferation of urban functions andurban periphery group to speed up the network structure formation in the central area andbetween groups, promote the development of regional integration, enhance regionalcompetitiveness; Chapter V is the analysis of China’s largest city enclave expansion andsatellite town construction to meet the expanding needs of the developed areas, and lay a solidfoundation for the advanced stage of urban spatial expansion in the future.The fifth part is the conclusion of a comprehensive summary and generalization of thefull text, and learns about the inadequacies of the writing.
