The central air-conditioning system has become an indispensable part of people's work and life.As a kind of central air conditioning system,the ground source heat pump air conditioning system has higher operating efficiency than the traditional central air conditioning system,and it will not pollute the environment during the operation of the equipment,so it is accepted by more and more users.This paper is based on a residential ground source heat pump air conditioning system project.Starting from actual needs,In view of the current low level of automation of ground source heat pump air conditioning systems,inconvenient management of multiple computer rooms,and serious waste of energy consumption,Research on ground source heat pump air conditioning control system and energy saving optimization technology.The PLC is used as the controller to design a ground source heat pump air conditioning control system with human-computer interaction and remote monitoring function.First of all,consult a large number of related literatures,understand the development status of ground source heat pump air conditioning systems at home and abroad,and deeply study the working principle of ground source heat pump air conditioning systems.According to the actual project requirements,the ground source heat pump air conditioning control system is analyzed and the control scheme of the system is determined.Secondly,the selection of equipment was completed according to the design scheme.The control system selects PLC as the field data input and control output device;The touch screen is used as a live human-computer interaction interface to realize functions such as data display,control setting and alarm recording;The STM32 MCU is used to design the remote transmission module to realize theconnection between the field and the remote monitoring platform.The automation control and remote monitoring of the ground source heat pump air conditioning system are completed through the cooperation of PLC,touch screen and remote monitoring platform.Then,research on the current control strategies used in domestic ground source heat pump air conditioning systems.The design analyzes various automatic control strategies such as staged control,temperature difference variable flow control,differential pressure variable flow control,etc.The intelligent algorithm based on wavelet neural network is studied.The user-side return water temperature is predicted by parameters such as the water supply temperature,the water supply flow rate,and the outdoor temperature and humidity of the user-side water loop.Obtain the user side load change trend and make reference for the control settings.And verify the prediction effect through MATLAB.Finally,the designed control system is applied to the actual project,and the performance of the system and the energy-saving optimization effect are verified by recording the real-time data of the project operation.
