With the development of science and technology, the consumption of energy resourcesis growing faster and faster when people are enjoying their lives. Meanwhile, the demand ofenergy resources will inevitably result in energy crisis and environmental problems. In thiscontext, energy saving and emission reduction is particularly important. Tools to improve theliving environment as the air conditioning equipment are, the proportion of the use ofelectrical energy in the total energy consumption is growing. Secondly, the CFCs emissionsdamage the ozone layer and bring us a lot of environmental problems. These factors graduallybecome an important factor to hinder the further development of air conditioning technology.For the reasons above, this paper proposes a design of a non-compressor andenvironmental protection air conditioning. The environmental protection air conditioningwhich uses the local scope refrigeration instead of closed indoor refrigeration combines theadvantages of traditional air-conditioning and the modern air-conditioning fan. By changingthe way people use air conditioning, we are going to seek energy-saving method outside of atechnological innovation. This paper introduces the design of such an environmentallyfriendly air conditioning, which takes water as refrigerant and organically integratessemiconductor refrigeration, lithium bromide absorption refrigeration and evaporative cooling.Firstly, the cold end of thermoelectric cooler will be used for the primary refrigeration. Then,the secondary refrigeration will be made with the combination of lithium bromide featuresand the hot end of thermoelectric cooler. Finally, the use of the evaporation of refrigerantachieves triple refrigeration. The experiments show that the new air conditioner has moreadvantages and innovation compared with the traditional one. It is more energy conservation,low cost and convenient and it helps improve the air quality as well.This paper which provides a new, energy-saving, environmentally friendly refrigerationmethods and design ideas for the development of air conditioner and refrigeration equipmentconcludes with design of principles of refrigeration, the structural design of theair-conditioning system,experimental data analysis and optimization of design ofenvironmental protection air conditioner. Then analyze the refrigeration links refrigerationprogram to determine the feasibility of the refrigeration program and to predict itsperformance through a series of experimental studies and theoretical calculations. Accordingto the analysis of the results, we optimize the design of the program to improve theperformance of energy-saving air-conditioning.
