With China’s economic rise, especially real estate of booming development, projectprogress control, as the important content in the project management, directly related to theproject development in the economic efficiency of enterprises and credibility. Especially inthe commercial real estate development, is more important position. To the projectconstruction management stage progress control is to ensure that the whole project progresscontrol to realize the important means, in meet the engineering project general constructionprogress plan on the basis of the requirement, the effective coordination and use of all kindsof resources to achieve the project control principle target.Based on the progress control related theory as the foundation, by the means of thetheoretical close contact the actual research mode, analyzes the JSG creative garden a periodproject characteristics and schedule control process existing problems, and then in the actualproject construction management, the use of progress control theories and methods,constructing project work breakdown structure, determine the work has relations andresponsibility assignment matrix, the use of network technology prepare project networkdiagram and gantt chart. The S shape curve comparison method and earned value method forschedule control for inspection and analysis, also discusses the realization of project progresscontrol target assurance measures, so as to realize the project progress scientific managementand effective control. Based on the problems existing in the project schedule in-depth andcareful qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper puts forward improvement measures.Progress control is an important project management module, the effect of projectmanagement plays a key role, has a special important position and function, this paper studiesfor similar project progress control to provide reference.
