With the transition from the planned economy structure to the market economy structure in China,real estate industry has been developed rapidly in recent 30 years. The development model of real estate industry has changed from to rely on the effective management of projects and the shape of enterprise brand. It's significant for real estate industry to improve the core competitive ability by applying scientific project management thought and building effective project management system. As an important part of project management, project scheduling management affect needed cost ,resources ,enterprise image and other problems of real estate industry's project. Nowadays, project scheduling management in real estate industry are still use the traditional methods,lacking of scientific and rational ideas, and the control system of project schedule is not change and adjust with the transition of enterprise strategic layout, which lead to the delay of actual progress schedule, and the effect of the measures to adjust the progress is not obvious. Furthermore,it will bring about a series of problems such as can't delivery on time, and a substantial claim lawsuit.This article mainly makes a study of the real estate enterprise how to construct a scientific project schedule management system. Firstly, starting from the representation of the existing problems in the schedule management, analyzing available progress management methods's problem in procedure time estimation and implementation of program by applying behavior histologic theory, then getting to the point by apply game theory that it's of necessity for distrustful cooperation in traditional single cooperation. Furthermore, analyzing the internal cause about the inconspicuous effect of deviation-correcting measures by building mathematical models.Secondly, Based on the choice of project management model, and development tendency of real estate enterprise national strategic layout, designing a planning control system that including three level'controlling in Group, Area, and Project, elaborating specific operational processes from project work breakdown to the establishment of project schedule plan and progress security system that including performance assessment, policy commission, cooperative mechanism, and progress funds payment. Then, under the guidance of the project progress dynamic control under the guidance of the principle of project's dynamic control, constructing the project schedule management's continuous improvement system.Lastly ,taking a practical engineering-YMH project as an example, to building the schedule management system of YMH, and according to the current progress of the project, summarizing the achievements and problems of YMH's project schedule management, to clarify the model significance of project schedule management system that built before by the author.
