Research Of5S On-site Management In Construction Quality Testing Laboratory

On-site management is the most simple management in the testing laboratory, but at thesame time it is also the basis of the testing laboratory management.The condition of theon-site management directly reflects the level of the internal management in the testinglaboratory, and it also shows one of the important factors of the testing laboratory testingcapacity.The level of the on-site management directly influence the testing efficiency andcost-effective. There both have been some requirements about on-site management in The AssessCriterion for Laboratory Qualification and Accreditation Criteria for the Competence ofTesting and Calibration Laboratories(CNAS-CL01：2006). At present, most of our testinglaboratories are still dirty, disorderly and inadequate on on-site management.Thestrengthening of the on-site testing management will be the key to improve the testingefficiency and the testing quality, and it also will be beneficial to eliminate waste and reducecost, even be advantageous to establish the sustainable competitive advantage of the testinglaboratory.SY Testing Company is a comprehensive construction quality testing laboratory, It hasformulated and executed the5S on-site management since2012, and has achieved a certaineffect, but there are still some existing problems need to be improved. This paper aims atstudying the present situation about the on-site management in the SY testing company, andhas done some systematic research on the implement for the5S on-site management in SYTesting Company,it also has proposed the methods and steps to actualize the on-sitemanagement in the construction quality testing laboratory.Finally,this paper also hasintroduced the effective concept on the on-site management of the construction qualitytesting laboratory, it has analysed the affective contents and characteristics of the5S on-sitemanagement, and it also has proposed the details of the effectiveness and established asystem about the effectiveness of5S on-site management.This paper has an important significance in practice, in this paper, the methods and stepsof the5S on-site management all came from the practice of the5S on-site management inSY Testing Company, and they can also be used to guide the futher development on the5Son-site management in SY Testing Company.Moreover, they can provide references for theother testing laboratories to carry out the5S on-site management.
