Research On The Application Of Intelligent Site System In The Management Of Building Construction Site

Since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago,China's construction industry has experienced an unprecedented increase in the scale of infrastructure construction after the planned economy and market economy.However,there are also many problems in the rapid development of the construction industry.The construction site of the building project is always a dirty and dangerous scene in everyone's impression,with disordered management and lack of scientific theoretical guidance.As an incubator of construction projects,the construction site is still managed in the traditional way,which is still some distance from the site management in some developed countries.In addition,the site personnel for the construction technology understanding level is uneven,the impact on the construction quality is self-evident.It has become an inevitable trend to use information technology,change the management mode of construction site,establish construction site management information system,and innovate construction management mode and means.Applying the intelligent construction site system to the construction site can better manage the site and bring more efficient management mode to the construction site.This paper mainly focuses on the two aspects of quality and safety that often occur in the construction site of housing construction projects for in-depth analysis,the use of literature analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis and other scientific research methods,and combined with the "3E"theory to improve the management efficiency of the construction site.Firstly,this paper analyzes the status quo of construction site management of housing construction projects at home and abroad and the significance of smart site system for the development of construction industry in the new era.Then,by analyzing the research status quo of the application of smart site in site management by domestic and foreign scholars,the key technologies of smart site site management are summarized:BIM technology,Internet of things technology and positioning technology.Then,from the perspective of the quality and safety of the construction site of the housing project,this paper analyzes the problems on the construction site of the housing project and the reasons behind them.According to the theory of the cause of the accident,it is proposed that the factors behind the problem can be eliminated most effectively through training,technology application and management implementation,so as to manage and control the scene more effectively.At last,this paper studies the existing technology of intelligent construction site and improves it.Based on the information technology,it puts forward the management measures of construction site from the aspects of quality and safety.This study concludes that there are three key technologies necessary for smart site management:BIM technology,Internet of things technology and positioning technology,providing reference for building construction enterprises to build smart site system.From the two aspects of quality and safety,this paper explores the influence mechanism of both on the construction site and proposes solutions based on training education,technology application and management implementation.This study hopes that the research results can provide reference for the application of information technology in the construction site,so as to make the concept of smart construction site deep into the construction enterprise,scientific,efficient and rational project construction.
