The Research On Construction Management On The Worksite Of Grid Construction Project

The demand for electricity is increasing along with the development of economy. As we all know that power development is inseparable from the power grid construction, so grid construction is the basis for the rapid development of power. But according to our survey, we find the quality of project management of grid construction cannot meet the needs of power development. And the less perfect management system of construction makes a variety of problems arise during construction. So this article will research the problem of management in the site of power engineering construction to guide the construction management.The first, this paper introduces the theory of of management during the construction in power engineering.lt shows the meaning and the peculiarity of the management in construction site,it also shows the content and the management method of power grid construction management,and analyses its main problem and provides a basic idea of the solution.Second, as the construction site management is a comprehensive managing method,the management should take progress in.According the target management system which this paper have built,it also established a project management system.And every part of the system connects each other,and influences each other.The content of the management system is divided into different parts,and the keystone of the whole construction management is the management off our target which is safety, quality, cost and schedule.At last, after the establishment of the basis management systems, this article used the system into construction projects in Chen-Guantun. By the theory of system management, using the method of JIT construction site management, it developes site management processes and a series specific implementation details of construction management in Chen-Guantun. For site management content in Chen-Guantun formulate a specific implementation plan, which makes the work site construction management standardization and specific. Finally,for the effect of the construction site management, it makes a comprehensive evaluation with the method of FAHP.The evaluation results indicate that the effect of construction site management in Chen-Guantun is well.We Expect that the proposed objectives and management system and management methods of construction site management can provide valuable reference for grid construction site management.
