With the start of the action plan for the construction and transformation of the distribution network in 2015,10 kV relay protection devices have gradually been included in the monitoring scope of the power SCADA system.However,the electric SCADA system uses a polling method to poll devices,and only one device can be polled at a time.When a large number of relay protection devices are connected to the electric SCADA system,the time it takes for the electric SCADA system to poll all the devices will change.Long,the real-time performance of power SCADA system monitoring becomes worse.In addition,the relay protection devices on the 10 kV line have a large number and a wide range of distribution,and most of them use wireless networks to communicate with electric power SCADA.In the wireless network,due to the inability to establish a long TCP connection between the power SCADA and the 10 kV relay protection device and the security of data transmission in the wireless network,the communication parties do not use DL/T634.5104(IEC60870-5-104)The protocol communicates directly.At present,the communication protocols of 10 kV relay protection devices are mostly customized by manufacturers,and the protocols defined by different manufacturers are different.In response to the above problems,this paper designs and implements a 10 kV relay protection device application gateway.The application gateway completed the mutual conversion between the 10 kV relay protection device custom communication protocol and the DL/T634.5104 protocol,and maintained the communication process with the relay protection device and the power SCADA.And map a large number of 10 kV relay protection devices to one or several virtual devices that comply with the DL/T634.5104 protocol.The power SCADA system only needs to interact with the virtual devices implemented by the application gateway to complete the 10 kV relay protection device.Monitoring.This greatly reduces the burden of the electric SCADA system,improves the real-time monitoring of the 10 kV relay protection device by the electric SCADA system,and guarantees the stability and safety of the electric SCADA system.The 10kV relay protection device application gateway designed and implemented in this paper is an application software independently deployed on a computer,which interacts with the 10 kV relay protection device through the agent SCADA system to improve the real-time performance of electric SCADA.The main tasks completed in this paper are as follows:1.Protocol analysis: Since a large number of 10 kV relay protection devices use non-standard protocols,in order to realize the mutual conversion between non-standard protocols and DL/T634.5104 standard protocols,this article reads the data by identifying the communication protocol of the data frame sender The frame carries information and completes the protocol analysis.2.Protocol conversion: This paper constructs the mapping relationship between the 10 kV relay protection device communication protocol and the DL/T634.5104 standard protocol,which is used to realize the remote opening and closing of the 10 kV relay protection device using the standard protocol power SCADA parameter settings.3.Data cache: a cache set has been established,in which the real-time status information uploaded by the 10 kV relay protection device is stored,which speeds up the access of the power SCADA system to the status of the relay protection device.4.Virtual equipment simulation: Through the information body addressing method,the 10 kV relay protection devices produced by different manufacturers can be virtualized into one or several logically so that the equipment of the DL/T634.5104 protocol can directly communicate with the power SCADA.5.Session management: The session management during the session maintains the context of the interaction process between the application gateway and the relay protection device and the SCADA system.The context maintains the connection timeout and protocol interaction processing details.
