| The relay protection devices are to power isolate the power grid fault rapidly andguarantee the secure operation. With the ever-increasing scale of modern power grid, and thenetwork structure changes frequently, relay operation modes are needed to be adjustedcorrespondingly; the workload of implementing the fixed value, changing the fixed value area,investment and withdrawal functions platen is rapidly growing, added with the variousoperation interface which are not friendly; the efficiency of the current relay protection in situoperation is very low, and it’s need to exit protection export during the operating processes.All of those make the equipment of the110kV and below the power grid voltage gradeequipped with a single set of configuration protection be in great risk.Relay operation by distant control technology becomes the inevitable development trend,for the current local relay operation pressure is increasingly prominent and more and moredifficult to satisfy the modern power grid operation management. But the present relayprotection distance control technologies are generally lack of consistent and reliable protocolmodel. The equipment’s compatibility of the technical scheme is poor, and lack of uniformand normative anti-operation operation management measures, which ha ve resulted in thedifficulty widespread use relay protection in remote control technology.This thesis has studied the key technical difficulties of the relay protection distancecontrol technology. On the analysis the secondary system of substation monitoring system,dispatching automation system, fault information system of relay protection, further study arecarried out. The protocol model, distant online setting protection fixed value, changing areaand retreating soft clamp realization mechanism of relay remote control foundationtechnology research are included.This thesis has firstly proposed a research approach accord with standard communicationprotocol requirements, compatible with equipment operation status, and the high reliability ofinformation transmission, operation management interface performance against misuse. Anddeeply researches have been carried out and dispatching automation system master station hasbeen realized to use the unified protector operation interface. Remote control soft platen,switching fixed value area, resetting signal and operation have been also realized through theremote channel, remote device. The technical details such as modified fixed value have beenrealized by the relay information sub-station (integration master station without this segment),relay communications channel.High security of the proposed relay remote control technology in this thesis has been proved by the application of risk simulation testing and evaluation methods. Finally,according to the proposal researched in this article, the east8003relay remote control masterstation system is developed. The actual application test results show the validity and benefit ofthe proposed relay remote control technology. |
