The integrated monitoring and control system for intelligent substation represents the latest and highest level of the integrated automation system of substation.According to the basic requirements of the digitalization of the whole station information,the network of communication platform and the standardization of information sharing,which achieve horizontal connection of the automation equipment and vertical transfixion of main station system such as scheduling,production,and so on.Through system integration,which complete the unified access,unified storage and unified display of the substation's total station information,and achieve the functions of operation monitoring,operation and control,information comprehensive analysis and intelligent alarm,operation management and auxiliary application.In the development process of integrated substation automation system,relay protection and control devices and intelligent electronic devices have been launched by different manufacturers,but due to different manufacturers' R & D ability and deviation to standard understanding,which caused the diversity of data model,communication protocol,communication mode and communication medium of interlayer equipment.In this way,higher requirements are required for the function and performance of the data communication gateway device.After fully studying the current status of communication network at home and abroad,this paper finds out that the communication gateway device of various manufacturers is not very good to solve these diversity at present.Mainly the following aspects:(1)IEC61850 data model and communication protocol unrealized for intelligent substation;(2)Incompatible communication protocols such as IEC103,ModBus,LFP and so on;(3)The IEC60870 standard protocol is not used in the communication with the master station of the scheduling,even if it is implemented,the consistency problem is not solved;(4)The operating system can not meet the requirements of the real time and security of the national network company;(5)The appearance is from 1U to 6U,half wide to full width,and does not meet the requirements of the engineering group screen;(6)Slow response and poor stability.In view of the above problems,based on the deep understanding of the function and performance of the intelligent substation data communication network device and based on IEC61850 and IEC60870 theory system,a design scheme with standard data mode,communication consistency and high real-time,high compatibility,high scalability,high stability and high reliability is proposed.The scheme is based on a dedicated hardware platform for high performance power equipment,using Linux embedded real time operating system,taking Qt5 as a development tool,the software adopting the structure design of layered distribution and multi process and multi thread,the implementation of communication network device can make the substation automation system communication network develop from a low speed,centralized and dedicated traditional communication network to a truly high-speed,reliable,fully open and decentralized data communication network.The data communication gateway device as an important part of integrated monitoring and control system,which is a communication server that integrates communication and monitoring,the communication bridge between the master station system and the substation,and the key equipment to realize the "unattended" in the substation.The device directly collect the operation information of the power grid and the running state information of the secondary equipment in the substation through the IEC61850 protocol,provide model,data,and graphics transmission services for the master station system through the IEC60870 telecontrol protocol and achieve the functions of collecting,processing,monitoring,controlling,running and managing the panoramic data of the substation of the main station system.At the end of this paper,the field application of the 110 KV intelligent substation data communication network is simulated.The interval layer is connected to the relay protection device through the IEC61850 protocol.The station control layer is connected to the master station through the IEC104 protocol,and the function and performance of the data network shutdown are verified and analyzed.The data communication network has realized the real-time data,the alarm event,the protection action,the self inspection report,the remote control command,the state of the equipment and so on,which can correctly collect,process,store,view and forward the state and the fault of the device,and can make self diagnosis and self recovery of its own state and fault.
