In recent years, Guangdong Province has occurred many electric shock accidents duringusing electric water heater. Most of the electric water heater electric shock directly result indeath, their hazards and frequency of occurrence is the most prominent of all types ofelectrical shock accident. Found the way by the analysis of electric shock, the cause of theaccident involving a water heater quality, building structure, water heater installation, properuse of the surrounding electrical environment and many other factors.The study of the project through the analysis of electric water heaters, electric shockaccident cases, as well as the installation of the research on the impact the safe use of electricwater heaters by the line of the safety factor mining analysis to establish the assessmentmodel, for which the key factor, and the establishment of a rapid testing method samplingstatistical analysis for electric water heater manufacturers in Guangdong Province, as well asconsumer users, an overall assessment of the use of power-saving water heater safety.In recent years, the govenment has not building a rapid detection platform, if there is aelectric shock accident, the government call the expert, but they are so busy, day-to-day workof the members of the Group, there is no the relative norms quick testing methods, Thecomplexity of the situation at the scene, leading to more passive, missed the best time to findthe cause of the accident. The project proposed standard revision and electric water heaters safe use therecommended play a positive role to reduce and prevent the occurrence of similar incidents.
