At present,with the growth of the national economy and the rise of living standards,the corresponding demand for electricity is increasing.As the main power generation mode in China is thermal power generation,with the expansion of installed capacity,the demand for coal resources by power plants increases correspondingly,and some large power plants are in short supply of coal.It is precisely because of the contradiction between power demand and coal supply that it is difficult to use design coal for a long time.Therefore,in order to ensure the economic efficiency of power production and power plant operation,we actively buy and burn imported coal.However,due to the complexity of imported coal,blind combustion and mixed combustion will easily affect the normal operation of the boiler,resulting in excessive discharge of pollutants and reducing the safety,stability and economy of the boiler.Before the large-scale mixing of imported coal and domestic coal,it is necessary to design a reasonable mixing scheme to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.In this paper,300 MW subcritical boiler is taken as the research object.The designed coal type of this boiler is bituminous coal,and the actual burning coal type is mainly mixed coal.In order to adapt to the changes of the coal market at home and abroad,broaden the source of coal for power plants and reduce the cost of coal burning,we plan to use Indonesian coal for a long time.Indonesian coal belongs to sub-bituminous coal,which has the characteristics of low ash content,high moisture content,low sulfur content and high volatile content.Indonesiancoal,on the other hand,fires at lower IT temperatures.The characteristics of easy ignition may lead to spontaneous combustion of coal and explosion of the pulverization system,as well as local high temperature and increased tendency of slag formation in the furnace and other accidents.How to prevent and avoid the above problems endangering the safe operation of boiler equipment is the primary consideration for the burning of Indonesian coal.By preliminary test and load test of the coal pulverizing system operation performance analysis and combustion system preliminary test,as well as the different condition of pulverized coal fineness,pollutant emission,boiler efficiency,the efficiency of combustion,safety and environmental protection,etc.,determine the boiler should try not to worry too much about the boiler burning Indonesian coal slagging and combustion efficiency.When using Indonesian coal,it is necessary to control the blending of various types of coal.Due to the slightly poor economy of blending of low-calorie Indonesian coal,blending of high-calorie Indonesian coal is recommended.For low-calorie Indonesian coal,if the price difference between low-calorie Indonesian coal and bituminous coal is large enough,due to the limitation of load capacity,the blending ratio is set at the upper limit of 50%.This paper lays a foundation for safe,efficient,clean and economical operation of power plant.
