Currently, according to the development strategy of the state grid, it is inevitable trend to achieve the integration control. Operating order system how to control the whole power scheduling and plant stations, the workflow of the operation is a question that deserves thorough research. Many existing operating order systems has been improved in the aspects only for the operating order methods and anti-vote error checking rules section, but the intelligent, versatility, easy maintenance and etc of software need to improve. In order to solve these problems, this article is based on business platform of power system, analysis the system needs form two aspects of the direct supervision and control of operating order system, discusses the following aspects:1. Analysis the present situation and the existence problems of the operation order system and establish to use the integration, workflow engine technology, object-oriented programming and visual programming theory to solve the weakness of the existing system.2. Based on the idea of system platform, functional modular, combining with operating modes and characteristics, analysis the system’s overall capabilities, requirements, and the main function modules of system, such as graphic environment module, operating order system, power module location function.3. Due to large projects for maintenance of grid resources, in order to improve the system’s flexibility, the title based on the original template function modules to maintain resources, set and design the database field and three-tier data structure to achieve the function of more network resources to maintain the template.4. Knowledge representation of plant secondary station system equipment and automatic reasoning have been the difficulties of the automatically generation of secondary system equipment and maintenance. The title based on object-oriented method, by maintaining the multi-layer structure to achieve the flexible configuration of secondary system equipment, and design the inference engine to match the second inference rule and the secondary terms, and ultimately realizes the automatically generation of secondary system equipment.Finally, applying the above technical, the integration of wrong operation ticket system has been successfully applied in power dispatching center of Hailar.in Inner Mongolia. Operation shows that the system has many advantages.
